Role 01 — Senior Support
Executive Assistant /
Operations Coordinator
3–5 years exp Remote → Hybrid Metro Manila preferred
Hourly Rate
$7–$8 / hr
Full-time · AUD hours
Responsibilities
  • Calendar and inbox coordination
  • Meeting scheduling and follow-ups
  • Preparing documents, summaries, and correspondence
  • Tracking tasks, deadlines, and operational updates
  • Coordinating between leadership and remote team members
  • Maintaining organized records, trackers, and reports
Requirements
  • 3–5 years as EA, Ops Coordinator, Admin Lead, or similar
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel / Google Sheets
  • Able to handle confidential information professionally
  • Reliable internet and quiet work setup
  • Available for Australian business hours
  • Open to hybrid/office setup in the future
Role 02 — People & Talent
HR & Recruitment
Administrator
2–4 years exp Remote → Hybrid Metro Manila preferred
Hourly Rate
$6–$7 / hr

Responsibilities
  • Candidate sourcing and initial screening
  • Interview scheduling and follow-ups
  • Maintaining recruitment trackers
  • Coordinating reference checks and onboarding documents
  • Preparing candidate summaries
  • Supporting employee records and HR documentation
  • Assisting with onboarding checklists and compliance documents
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in recruitment, HR admin, or talent acquisition
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with spreadsheets, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
  • High confidentiality and data privacy awareness
  • Reliable internet and quiet work setup
  • Available for Australian business hours
  • Open to hybrid/office setup in the future
Role 03 — Workforce Operations
Rostering & Scheduling
Coordinator
2–4 years exp Remote → Hybrid Metro Manila preferred

Responsibilities
  • Preparing and updating staff schedules and rosters
  • Coordinating shift coverage and changes
  • Tracking availability, absences, and schedule gaps
  • Escalating urgent coverage issues
  • Maintaining accurate scheduling records
  • Coordinating with operations teams on roster updates
  • Preparing basic scheduling reports
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in rostering, scheduling, workforce coordination, or ops admin
  • Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Proficient in spreadsheets, scheduling systems, Microsoft 365
  • High confidentiality and data privacy awareness

  • Administrative processing of support coordination workflows
  • Preparing, updating, and organizing records
  • Documenting notes and task updates accurately
  • Coordinating follow-ups with internal team members
  • Maintaining trackers and shared files
  • Supporting documentation quality and completeness
  • Escalating missing, unclear, or urgent information
Requirements
  • 2–4 years in admin support, healthcare admin, case admin, or client services
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong written English
  • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, spreadsheets
  • Reliable internet and quiet work setup
  • Available for Australian business hours

Role 05 — Governance & Quality
Compliance & Quality
Administrator
3–5 years exp Remote → Hybrid Metro Manila preferred

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Maintaining compliance trackers and audit files
  • Supporting SOP updates and documentation control
  • Tracking errors, gaps, and follow-up actions
  • Assisting with quality assurance reviews
  • Preparing compliance and quality summaries
  • Escalating risks, missing information, or recurring process issues
Requirements
  • 3–5 years in compliance, QA, audit support, legal admin, healthcare admin, or governance
  • Strong written English
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to follow policies, checklists, and documentation standards
  • Comfortable with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, spreadsheets
  • High confidentiality and data privacy awareness
  • Available for Australian business hours
  • Open to hybrid/office setup in the future
